mp4nation.net 'free' gifts defective

I got my Fiio e17 from mp4nation.net and I got it with beta brainwavez. The brainwavez are broken in one ear and there is no replacements on gifts. If your going to buy from mp4nation.net I suggest not taking free gifts into account as they are probably the ones that get sent back. At lease I have one ear headphones and some tips.....

Not even DOA replacements? I can understand if there is no warranty but...

I just bought the brainwavz E6 combo pack. The right beta literally fell apart in my hand as I was switching ear tips.

I've experienced the same, sorry to say but the build quality of the Beta's simply sucks.

Well, I'm hoping for a better outcome since my Betas weren't technically a gift, but part of a Combo package with the E6.

 

I submitted a ticket with mp4nation, I'll let you know how it turns out.
