yum - are these available in the USA, and unlocked, or for wifi use only - already have a data plan for my phone with t-mobile, and do not need to pay for another one when i can tether.....

I got mine yesterday. It's truly excellent in almost every way (especially since first thing I did was to root it). 1280x800 S-AMOLED+ is incredibly gorgeous for videos and comics, battery life is great, build quality too.

Too bad it doesn't come with ICS.

It will have it soon.

Even better than stock ICS, a CM9 port is already in the works as well.

Yeah, that's what I've been hearing for months.  In fact, It should have had it from the get-go.  Here you have, their best tablet so far, and they pack it off with an outdated version of Android.  Genius move.  Yeah, that's the way to vanquish Apple...

I wouldn't exactly call Honeycomb 3.2 outdated. If it had come with Gingerbread, that I would call outdated.....lol.

For the $800 that it sells for here in my locality, I would say Honeycomb is outdated.  For the price, I should not have to upgrade the OS in a couple of months.  The less slack you'all cut these jokers, the greater the incentive for them to get it right the first time.

got it a couple of days ago... quite brilliant if you install go launcher HD.... honey comb is indeed very outdated and bad for such a brilliant device... waiting for ics as it will get 1080p recording capabilities with that... i just don't like the same old s2/note DAC...

I want to buy Samsung P6800 the 3G version of 7.7 but i want the version made in Korea, as other have Made in Vietnam and so, is the battery life good, does it have Yahaha Dac or Wolfsen?64 gb micro sd will work? Thanks

I have the P6810, and it says Made in Korea on the back. Battery life is excellent, it has a Yamaha DAC (my RMAA tests are here), and current 64GB SDXC cards work in all SDHC devices once they're formatted to FAT32 instead of exFAT.

little bit off topic here but anyone know what DAC is in the Asus Transformer Pad 300?
