Grado SR325is + HifiMan EF2A questions

I just received my first headphone amp yesterday after listening "ampless" for a while. I am pairing my Grado sr325is with the EF2A right now and the difference is pretty noticeable. It sounds much better than connected into a crappy sound card or an unpowered usb-dac. Details are so much more clear and everything sounds more open. Hopefully, sound will improve even more as I give the amp time to burn-in.

But with the increased detail, I am also starting to hear pops and crackles in songs I have never heard before. They usually come at the same part of the songs every time, so I'm thinking its just pops and clicks recorded into the song. But me being paranoid, think it might be from the amp or headphone. Would I be crazy to worry about these faint clicks and pops? Most likely, I'm just worried about my new toys haha.

Also, is there a comparison as to which USB-DAC is better? The one that comes with the EF2A? Or I have a Behringer UCA202.

Thanks for any help!

If they occur at the same parts it might just be built into the song. This might be unrelated but sometimes I get a popping noise with my speakers but at a unpredictable rate. I've read online that you should keep electronics away the speakers (ex. ipods, cell phones..)

What kind of music do you usually listen to? I'm am looking into the 325's (or the Alessandro ms-2s) as my next headphone.

I listen to lots of blues and jazz and some classic rock. They play very well on the sr325is.
