Identify two headphones

Having trouble identifying the two brands here by the logo... any thoughts of what they could be?

Second one looks like M50s with a sticker slapped on them (who's the guy, it might actually be relevant (I'm thinking if he's famous or important for some reason, he (or whoever he is associated with) might have their own brand stamped on there)). No idea on the first one; hard to make that picture out.

Looking at the file name for the second one - "CAPITOLSTUDIO" stood out; so I thought of Capitol Records - here's their logo:

Looks fairly similar to the logo on the cans in the second shot; probably just a sticker to identify where they came from (or so that you can see it when they're photographed maybe?) - doubt they're "custom" for one studio (but who knows, if Sony Music Japan can have it's own custom headphone, who says other studios can't?). 

 

EDIT-

 

Yup. When we see the image at a reasonable size (http://somethingelsereviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Paul-McCartney-Capitol-Studios-2011.jpg - not pasting it in because it's huge), that logo can be very clearly seen. And they very much look like M50s (http://media.soundonsound.com/sos/jan10/images/headphones_02_athm50.jpg if you don't know what M50s look like).

Giving the first one another looking at, I want to say it's also an Audio-Technica, maybe an A500 or 700?

I don't think so. The 500 & 700 have flat round siding, this one looks like it has some ridges.
