I purchased these headphones and the M50 pads about a month ago for my office at work. Sadly, I haven't been using them much, so I figured they should go to someone who will actually use them. Considering they're only a month old and have only been used a handful of times (excluding burn-in), they're practically brand new. In fact, I'd dare say they're better than brand new since they're already burned-in and stretched (these are notorious for clamping your head like a pimple) thus allowing you to enjoy them immediately! 
The stretching process was nothing intense nor extreme. I simply put them on the arm of my couch (a slightly bigger version of my head) overnight a few times to ease the clamping force.
Pictured is what you'll be getting-- the Pro700MK2 w/ the M50 pads installed and both cables it came with. The coiled cable pictured shows the screw-on 1/4" adapter. If you'd like, I'll send the stock pads also, but I guarantee you'll hate them. These will be shipped in it the original packaging.
