It's not as expensive as some of the higher end stuff and the ergonomics are really good. Well made as well. Next cable on my list to get. All this said is my own opinion of coz. Demo if you can first.

@mtthefirst has the Moon Audio cable however he has the MH335DW instead of the TG!334. Assuming we're talking solely on the features of that cable rather than synergy to the IEM model, maybe he can comment on how he finds the Moon Audio cable is like vs 000 or some of the other FitEar cables he has.

What can you say about the 000 cable, AnakChan?

My personal opinion is that it improves on the 001 in terms of treble extension being the most noticeable in a warm IEM. But it's pricey. Personally, I feel the BTG Starlight performs almost as well for less.

Do you have any idea where to get the Starlight in singapore. I believe Jaben only carries the wagnus.

How about this one.

Toxic Cables Piccolino.

Favourite cable ergonomics wise. Nothing else comes close to me. Got an old one that I used for my iems with westone pins before that's all golden in colour now.

Adds a certain "sweetness" and "mellow-ness" to the sound but not the best cable if details are what you're looking for. Saw Kiats's cable done by toxic cables as well. Very nicely made. Those right angled pins not for everyone though.

@mtthefirst What other cables do you enjoy with your Fitears?

Right now, my main cable is Toxic Cables Virus but that probably change soon. :D I switch back to SXC24 and silver dragon from time to time too.

I liked the SXC as well. Only thing that stopped me from getting it was how unruly that cable is man. Geez. It practically has a life of it's own and I could have sworn tried to strangle me a couple of times. What are you thinking of changing to? The ones I've seen that some head-fiers got from Music heaven, I think it's music heaven, looked really nice though, asthetically.

I recommend silver with1%gold cable. It provides much better tonal balance, fuller sound with both extending of top to bottom. The sound stage is wider. More transparency, no congest sound like stock cable. But the cable is pricy. In my opinion, it is worth to invest in one shot to get best cable. I recommend to invest in cable first, just use it with iPhone first. You can buy better dac and amp later when you have more budget. This is from my own experience.

how about not using a 4ohm source instead?

you realize the output impedance will affect the 334 much more than a cable right?

It should be fairly obvious that a high impedance output source is a no-no for iem's, especially custom iem's with crossovers and such. Good portable DAP's usually have <1 ohm impedance; those high ohm sources are for your headphones.

In certain instances though some might actually like how the impedance variations may impact the sound of the IEMs. For instance the 334s bass is quite prominent and with a DAP with higher impedance that may lower the bass to their liking. Then again I have to agree with you. For the most part it won't be pretty and to solve a flaw in this manner you are generally better off buying a different IEM...

I thought silver/gold alloy was the best choice of cable, up until recently i got my pure silver litz cable. It was doing everything the silver/gold was doin, but with a cleaner sound, better soundstage and treble extension (no sibilance), only difference is that the bass punch is just a little tiny less, which actually sounds more natural as i find the silver/gold's bass can get a little too 'hard' at times

and i think the fitear iem/cm would look better with clear L shape pin connectors, hving the black ones just looks huge (pins in pic is the 2 pin type with my silver/gold cable, but i've seen the fitear pins in either the clear casing or translucent grey casing)
