You really should try that. To my ears the comply ruined the sq and the ortofon is just as comfortable.

Hi Guys,

Newbie here. Been a lurker before. Today I've recieved my TG334.

All I can say is WOW. Been using W4R, SE535, this is a huge upgrade. The sound is so Hi-Fi (sorry for my lack of wording).

I have no experience of CIEM, but this TG334 should keep me from wanting to go CIEM for long time.

Is this the old piano black gloss or the new matte version? I actually picked up a piano black version today, 2nd time owning the TG!334. A real lovely IEM.

Yes, it's the new matte version. The shop told me they improved the durabiliy by changing the plugs and materials.

Will upload some pictures tonight when I have time.

Yes they have. The older is supposedly more prone to connection coating peeling if in contact with sweat regularly & the matte faceplate more for aesthetics (fingerprints), & lower profile than the glossy look.

And what are the 2 in the background? Look like an amp and an ipod to me.

Nice rig btw.

Source is HDP-R10 (aka DX100 JP version), there are Sony-PHA1 and IPC in the background.

God the wait is excruciating. Placed my pre-order on musicacoustics a while ago, waiting for them to get stock. frown.gif

Congrats the both of you!

I guess you like to count like this Sean, 334, 335....

That there was a second 334 and no 1+2 further elaborates your great review. ksc75smile.gif
