Any of you 334 owners use any of Frank's toxic cables for it? Which one do you use, silver poisons?

The FitEar connector is not compatible with the typical 2-pin connector of most CIEMs. Therefore, Toxic Cables does not make IEM cables with the FitEar connection. You can use the HD600/650/25 connector, but that'd make the connection big and clunky.

The only aftermarket cable out for FitEar, besides the first-party 00 option, is the ALO SXC cable. BTG-Audio will also have a FitEar cable coming out soon in the next few weeks, presumably with both copper and silver-plated copper.

I pmed Frank and asked him if it was possible for him to make a fitear cable if I sent him the stock one and he said that he could.

Hey

Anyone living in Tokyo and wants to purchase the TG334s, Fujiya Avic has them for sale at 61,000 yen that is around $755. A significant drop in price.

Errr...I could be wrong but I believe that is what Fujiya will pay for your FitEar TG!334 if it's in good condition?

Well, it probably means that he'd have to measure the polarity of the cable and also measure the dimensions for a possible overmolding process, if in fact he's going to get it overmolded. I can say with pretty good certainty, though, that the positive pin is always the thicker pin, and that ground is the thinner pin. For the right side, the positive end is on top, while on the left side, the positive end is on the bottom.

You are correct, sir. 「買取」 in Japanese means to buy second-hand, apparently. So, in this case, if anyone's willing to sell their 334 to Fujiya-AVIC, they're willing to pay you 61000 yen.

I still really miss my Whiplash TWag v2 cable from my w4. It holds so little microphonics, the Alo cable still is quite bad on this IMO. Also the Alo cable has no chocker. This annoys me bad, and I have asked Craig at Whiplash if he can make the TWag for the Fitear. His reply was a big yes, so come xmas time I think I will place an order for it. I noticed that the owner of cryoparts has passed away recently, so I guess the TWag v2 could prove hard to obtain later on.

Tomscy2000 is right. They probably need overmolded. Here is the picture of right side connector.

Dear Suyama please do not make your fans confuse

My fit ear 334 on 5 November 2012 got the number 082812

My friend got on 12 November 2012 with the number 082685

The first batch came To indonesia around 17 july 2012 has the serien number 082246

As my fit ear arrived I have compared to 2 fit ear from first batch came to Indonesia ,

The result mine has better sound quality , in term tonal balance , clarity and transparancy.

Last week I have compared with my friend fit ear from the second batch around September 2012

The result mine also better .

Now my friend just received his fit ear on 12 November 2012 With the Serien : 082685

As he compared With the First batch number : 082246

He mentioned In our local Forum audiophile Indonesia : the midrange from the First batch

Is Better than his

Please Mr Suyama , We All as Your Fans A bit confuse With Your Quality Control

There's no concrete proof my friend, so maybe it's all in your head? There's so many things to factor in, environment, mood of listener, etc.  Different people have different preferences too if there is any changes. I believe AnakChan has e-mailed FitEar.

Unfortunately no response from Suyama-san yet.

Maybe I can ask my wife to translate into Japanese & mail him. An English e-mail may potentially had been daunting.

I have to agree with BY here though. Rudi, I truly appreciate your friends & you doing all the comparisons but unfortunately I've not heard anyone else mentioning that so may be an isolated case. We don't know if it is even a QC issue yet. Let me try to find more innovative ways to get a comparison & an answer to this question.

We know how to identify the different sound quality , because we heard with the same set up at the same time and with the same environment .
And we all have the fit ear 334 , not loaner , than We exactly Know when our fit ear has diffrerent SQ
I like to hear very soon good news from you Anakchan

Cheers. As long as you understand where BY & I are coming from. I'm sure you're hearing differences but calling it a possible QC issue is a different matter. We don't know if it's intentional, accidental, or even if they are all within FitEar's tolerance standards. Remember that these are sold in very small quantities, not like Sony's, UE's or Westones so I won't be surprised if these are made by hand.

Suyama-san has done a good job in testing the international market with his universal IEMs. It would be sad for the international customers if he decides there's too much trouble or hassle & pull back the FitEar models to the local Japan market only. So let's try to help him productively.
