Well, it was certainly wide enough and height was good but I found it to have lacked depth and air, hence the feeling of it sounding closed in. Like I said, I will give the 334, the benefit of doubt and blame it on the cable as the 335 sounded just fine and realistic in all axis.
I find the depth and spaciousness of the TG334 to be better than any other universal I've heard and to rival, if not better, the customs I've owned. However they are not airy sounding like a Sony EX1000. I've never heard the 335 but perhaps it's just even better in this regard.
