Yeah that case is too big for a pocket. You could try the Westone monitor vault if you want something that can fit in a pocket.I thought the Earsonics case was good.

Heard about that, but I've also heard that it breaks pretty quickly...

I rarely use my Westone monitor vault but it still broke after just 6 months. The plastic lock crack and now it can't close.

W4 has been my favorite IEM for a while despite the arrival of JH13, ES5, K3003 and a lot other high end models. It's neutral yet it has got magical vocals alot other neutral IEMs may lack.

334 has the greatest "WOW" effect when I first listen to them. However, it can get fatigue if you are used to the W4 sound signature simply because its mid-low end happen to be quite in your face and the highs are also more present than on the W4. However, paired with the right source, the 334 can be truly amazing.

I use the Shure case that came with the SE535Ltd for my 334 when I am out and about.

 

Just the right size so that you do not have to wind the cable too tightly and tall enough so the actual earpieces with the memory wire are not squashed.

If you carry both rig and iems i have found kangatec.com to be a very practical product.

How does this compare in terms of sound signature to the 333s?

On a side note: we can't order direct from FitEar's Jap website can we? The prices on global sites seem to be way higher...?

You can still get the 111 and 334 models when there is stock, because they are universals and sold by other dealers just not just FitEar themselves. I bought my 334s from Musica Acoustics all went smoothly with them.
