However in recent Monet news, there was information about the 000 cable published and it said it was silver-plated copper. If FitEar followers remember correctly there was a time the 000 went out of stock (think in August or September). I'm wondering if the 000 has gone for a change during these past few months and it's content changed from pure silver to silver-plated copper.

 

Which is why I tried to separate them with paragraphs XD I like the 1Rs :)

 

That's interesting, I'd like to see/hear that.

I suppose if the individual strands are small enough it might be easy to mistake SPC for pure silver.

Cheers...hmm...it would be surprising if someone like ALO misidentifies the 000 cable though considering they are in the cable business themselves. They mentioned to me they understood why the 000s cost so much (then). Anyway guess it's better for me not to find out otherwise I may be disappointed (price to value ratio).

Well, it's unlikely ALO actually did a metallurgic analysis on the cable... ostensibly, SPC often looks and measures very similarly to pure silver, especially if the electroplating is very robust.

This is the EQ I use with my FitEar ToGo 334s most of the time (-3db at the bottom end and +3db at the top end):


With this EQ it sounds a lot more neutral, like the Hifiman RE262 with less peaky mids.

I actually use +3db on the treble to make ot more airy, but it adds some unnatural hissing sound on my andriod.

I found Out My latest batch fit ear 334 Sound Quality are diffrerent compare to 2 fit ears 334 from My Friends .

My Friends have their fit ear 334 about 3 Month ago , i got My fit ears just om 5 of November 2012.

Source : Iphone 4 S

Dac : Alo Class solo tactical Edition

Amp : Alo Rx 3 B

Cable : mini to mini 4 strand solid core Silver cable 18 AWG
Lod to USB Vsn Den Hul Tone arm cable

High: My fit ear more extended , more detail and Clear and clean compare to My Friends 2 fit ear 334

Mid : My fit ear more Clear and clean and more Body than these 2 fit ears 334

Bass : about the same , My fit ear more Speed than these 2 fit ears 344

Separation : more detail and very good presentation , that My fit ear can hear Better music b. placemen than these 2 fit ears 334 .

Soundstage : more wide and toll compare these. 2 fit ears

Overall : My fit ears Sound more transparancy more detail and midrange has Better pronounce
Very Ciear and clean mid High more Crips than 2 fit ear 334 .
With My set Up above has the best Sound Quality For My fit ears 334 .

Please Share Your opinon With Your latest batch fit ear 334

This is My personal opinion , i have compared With 2 fit ear from july batch .

In My opinion is very good , My fit ear use standard Cable SQ Better than these 2 fit ear use
Alo cable For fit ears.
With Alo cable My fit ears much Better , i Am very Happy With My fit ears latest batch .

out of the dx100 line out, the 334 sounds very very transparent and the vocals sound natural ...

 

when paired with mk3, it adds a bit more soundstage and bass but made the vocals a lot warmer ime..

I just found this news. They'll introduce a special edition of 111 that come out along with new iriver player (AK100-111IS). The 111 is specifically tuned for the player.

From that FR graph they released, it looks like they bumped up the bass a good few dB, and rolled the treble off, beginning at around 6k, if we compare it to the original graph that they put out of the prototype F111... So, bassier with rolled-off treble...

Hmm...I'm tempted to drop an e-mail to Suyama-san about this. I would be surprised if there were differences and if there are then I'm more inclined to think it's intentional and would like to know the reason why. I'd be surprised if a company like FitEar has QC issues.

Yes 3 of us are agree My latest batch the high Sound more open ,extended and transparant

The diffrerent is notable , With standard cable Sound Quality Better than july batch With Alo silver cable .
