Wanted DAP player with easy line out, is there such a thing? - Page 3

I'd think if they just made the C4K with a few adjustments it'll be a perfect portable music player. Just somehow get Rockbox support (Not like copyright is an issue in China ^_~) and touchscreen would turn this average player into something extraordinary. Sounds so good but the UI pisses me off more than the sound that awaits.

C4K

The good.

  • Good DAC (CS4398) same as C4
  • Physical Volume controls
  • Physical playback controls
  • Physical Lock Switch
  • Multiple lossless file playback support
  • Relatively cheap
  • Line out
  • Decent headphone amp section

The bad

  • No hardrive support (I've been using 32gb microSD or is the 64 available?)
  • lol UI.
  • No touchscreen (small issue tbh)

I don't care where they are made, my Prima Luna amp has better build than anything I have seen from the UK or US.

Do I really have to explain why I don't want Apple? kind of pointless really.

Lets just say if we all liked the same thing the world would be a boring place.

what does speils mean?

now back to the subject

who makes the best DAP player with a fixed line out.?
