POLL: What do you do while using your headphones?

i've never really been able to sit still very long just listening to music on headphones. walking or riding the bus are my favorite times to listen; there's enough visual distraction to keep me engaged, but not enough to distract from the music.

of course, forgot an obvious one: computer.

I mostly listen to my headphones while at my computer in the evening

I usually just read the liner notes and flick through other albums. If the TV is on I sometime do a bit of channel surfing but overall I spend very little time in front of the 'idiot box'.

I do agree with what you said about riding the bus. I love listening to music on the bus and sometimes i'll skip it and wait for the next one (or walk the journey) just so that I can listen some more.

I'm well and truly addicted.

Heh...kind of like that Beatle's line from Sgt. Pepper....."what do you see when you turn out the light, I can't tell you, but I know it's mine."

Well, there was no option for meditation, so I chose sitting/laying with eyes closed.

I do alot of freelance work that requires long hours at a computer. So, naturally I have a computer based source.

mostly i work, but i often listen when i've done with the work and need a wee break of an hour or so and just listen to an album or something

Hehehehe.... I have a 20ft Headphone extension for use with my Senn 600s so I don't have to take them off when I need a wee break


BTW, nobody ask Tuberoller what else he does whilst listening to his music. He takes great pride in telling us that he's usually in the nude and that's far more information than we need to know

Grin- from ear to ear cause my system sounds so good.

I just installed DC filaments and it seems to have opened up the sound even more.
