Ortofon silicone tip

A quick question:  Anyone know where I might be able to pick up a pair of the large silicone tips for the EQ7, the ones that come with the IEM?

 

Or, is there an EQ7 owner who doesn't use the large silicone tip who would be willing to sell me theirs?
