Between Audio Technica M50s and KRK KNS 6400 and 8400

So I am trying to decide between these models. My preference is for a flat response although it would be nice to turn up the bass if I wanted to. For now I am going to start off listening on pc but eventually want to move to proper sound cards and so on!

How would you all compare them? I am looking for closed back only, need the privacy! Also do any of these have international warranty?

The ATH-M50 has the best bass response of the bunch while the KRK have extended treble, although they can be a tad bright at times.

Good to know! About the bass response, does that mean normal or a little bit extra? Or just closer to 'ideal'?
