I have had this a couple years and it has worked flawlessly both as part of a home studio and as my desktop dac and amp.  It will ship with the A/C cable, manual, CDs and original packaging.  I also have a pair of TRS to RCA cables that were made for me by someone on the forum using quality cable and they sound great.  They do appear a bit worn and there is some unraveling of the cloth near the RCA plug.  Think of them as a bonus.....

I use to have many pages of feedback here from before I settled on AKG501s and lived happily ever after....  Must be somewhere hiding in the archives.....
