Good headphones for the following....

Any good headphones(over ear) that are good for listening to mostly rock stuff like the beatles, tom petty, toto etc. But that can be used for most thing overall decently? I currently have my eye on the sennheiser hd 448 but might be going for the 428 since ive read they are basically the same.

I don't know what your budget is, but you can usually find the k240S on ebay for under $100. Take it from a long time Beatles fan, the AKG's do the Beatles vocals very well. They're semi open, but don't leak much sound out.
