Could someone recommend an upgrade over my Sony MD-200.

My Sony MDR-XD200 are dying, I think the cord has been run over to many times by my computer chair. Could someone recommend me an upgrade over my Sony MDR-XD200 that won't break the bank? 
 

I was thinking about Bluetooth headphones so I won't have to mess with the wires being in the way but I hear I would be better off to stick with wired headphones?

If you don't want an upgrade, Sony headphones are usually pretty easy to recable.

Rewiring is an option, Are there any descent Bluetooth headphones that you know of for around $150 that are clear?

Are these any good?
