How do I get the smell of Coffee out of my Headphones?

I have a pair of Sony MDR-XB500's (which by the way, the leather peels off on), and I took them to Starbucks Twice.. And now they stink of Coffee.

 

Is there any "leather"-safe thing to do to these so that the smell is removed?
