This is my first post here and after looking through a lot of threads i couldn't really find the answer i was looking for, so what are some earbuds around $30 that are really good for the price? So far i've been interested in meelectronics, but i dont really know where else to look considering my price range. Any help would be appreciated!

buy soundmagic e30 from wsdeal.com for $31,5 shipped, or if you like more bass you can save two bucks and buy soundmagic e10.

Thanks, are there any other brands you would recommend?

Audio-Technica CKM-50's are sounding very good to me right now (I've had them a week or two)

Price in Amazon has been fluctuating a lot...from $24 to $49 and back..

There are some threads here on head-fi.

i wasn't to crazy about the ckm50

you should instead check out the cx200 if you are looking for good headphones around $10 or soundmagic pl30, which are some of the best headphones i have heard sub30 even sub50 even though they cost 30

pl30 dont cost 30, sarawholesaler.com sells it for $17.5 shipped and they isnt as good e30. best value is pl21 whuch sounds better than pl30 and costs $15 ithrough.com

+1 for E30. You can also consider Brainwavz M1 and Dunu Trident.

MONOPRICE 8320 = $7 :D!

yes they are better in clarity and sound stage than the CX400II's :)

Think you should consider Philips SHE3580. According to this guy, he's putting his ER-4P's on the side for his Philip's. (For $10, you could buy a M6 and a SHE3580, just sayin')

That being said, +1 for the CKM-50's

How do you guys think meelectronics compares to sound magic and audio technica?

MEE's are really good for the money. I had a pair of M9's and I really liked them -- if you listen to anything bass heavy i.e. dubstep, hip hop. But from what I hear, the CKM50's are more controlled. Soundmagic's are a bit more balanced from what I read, at least PL30's.
