I love the Pro Coppers but they break within a year all the time so ordered Atrio's MG7

I am on my second set of warranted Pro Coppers and they have now suffered the same fate as my first one. I only use them indoors and about an hour or less per day. They have still managed to break in the same way that my first set did. It starts with one of the earphones sounding different than the other. Eventually that side will get driver flex and pressuring my eardrum as I keep adjusting it. Later on the housing will start to separate and around the same time the strain relief will break in half. Right now both L and R housings are separated and the strain reliefs are broken. They are my second set and 8 months old. I am glad to have the lifetime warranty but it is a hassle to send them to Monster and wait and pay for shipping. I will be sending them for a replacement one last time.

I love the bass that they put out and I would not want anything less and can't afford to buy anything over $300. So my question or comment would be how different are the MG7 Atrios and would I be underwhelmed by it? I ordered the ones from Canada for $109 and they have shipped :)

What other dynamic earphones would have a similar sound signature as the Monster's with deep bass and how much would they cost if I don't like the MG7 Atrios?

I think the Atrios with the MG7 driver are much better.

I use sony mp3 player with them.

However, i did used to own the older version 2 atrios before, and the new ones do have a better cable, it feels stronger and better quality rubber, has a nicer touch to the hand, other than that, everything thing else seems completely the same, same plastic, design, strain relief, etc.

You should like the MG7s. They don't sound too different from the MTPCs last I heard them.

I got my MG7 Atrios today and so far I like them and I have only just listened to 20 minutes and they haven't been broken in yet.  Lucky for me the mid size silicone fit me pretty good for the 20 minutes I had them on. Another thing I noticed is that they sound fine without the EQ. I know they are not broken in yet but sound promising. One negative that I hope will change a bit is that they feel too intimate to my ears. With the Pro Coppers I feel like I am listening to a good system in a large room or a stage and the MG7 they feel like a good system in a smaller room. I can tell that they are headphones but with the Coppers I could close my eyes and could not tell they were headphones.
