Just wondering in my audio settings what should I pick as my default format? I have beyerdynamic dt770 headphones listening through the 3.5mm jack on my computer. Example 24 bits, 192000 hz . What is the difference between these? sorry I am a noobie. Also does it matter what ratio my winamp volume is to my windows volume? If so what's the best ratio.

Set the bit depth to the highest your DAC supports, probably in this case 24 bit if it's an option. Set the sampling rate to whatever the majority of your songs are encoded at. That's probably 44.1 kHz.
Winamp vs. Windows sound doesn't really matter. Just set Windows volume to whatever's comfortable, and adjust the Winamp volume to match your other applications.
