Hey all,

 

I had bought the Sennheiser HD 448 originally and fell in love with them. Unfortunately... 2 months later, someone stole my bag containing that and my ipod. :[ I'm currently looking for some lower end earphones till I can save up for my ipod and headphones. (University kids here). I've been looking around, I want something that's decent that I can use at the moment. I'm leaning towards the meelectronics m6 with the microphone remote so I can use it with my smartphone (when I get that as well). I can get them for ~$30 shipped to Canada. Would they sound alright if I went from the Senns to these? My old earphones (before I got into my headphones) make the music sound kind of ... hollow/empty?

 

Are there any other suggestions around that price range (including shipping)? Just to note, once I get my headphones I'll probably use these mostly for going to school. I'd prefer my headphones to something for home and travel.
