Q701&D2000 running on MBP and U2

Hi ,after i heard several times, i am hardly find differents between q701 & d2000 running on MBP and MBP usb with U2.

 

is this means that i need to have a much better DAC  combo such as lavry DA11 or a nice amp such as solo to get better sound experiences?

Maybe you just need certain recordings that stress the limits of either headphone.
