The Activity tab on my Subscriptions page isn't showing anything

When I click on the "Activity" tab on my subscriptions page, it doesn't show anything.  It only shows "We couldn't find any subscription activity. Try adding stuff to your list!".  If I click on the "Threads" tab, my subscriptions are shown, but I can only jump to the first or last thread from there.  The "Activity" page used to work, allowing me to jump to the first new post since my last viewing of the thread, but now it's broken.  If I click on the "adding stuff..." link provided, I'm presented with:

 

 ERROR [Exception] (0)

'action' is unknown: subscribe

If you report this error, please include the following timestamp: 1328884896.8215

I'm filing a ticket for this issue.

 

Can you tell me which OS, browser, and browser version you are using when you receive this error?

I see this on:

 

Windows XP SP3 - Firefox 6.0.3 and Chrome 17.0.963.46 m

Windows Vista - Firefox 6.0.3 and Chrome (not sure of the version; machine is at home).

and

Linux Mint (kernel 2.6.39-2-486) Firefox 5.0

We've ticketed your issue with adding items, as that obviously is an issue. We are, however, having issues re-creating the issue with the Activity section. The only time that should show up is when none of your subcriptions have current activity.  
 
Could provide a screenshot of your threads section and the Activity section? It help the tech team narrow down the issue.

You've got forum subscriptions turned off.  Take a look at this screenshot to see where to click to turn them back on.
