bought it and i have to say this is pretty darn good for a beta rushed out to satisfy this demanding group

nexus 7 ==> OTG ==> Meridian Explorer works fine with flac at both 44 and 96k

Believe me, I own a DACport LX. Great sound, but the thing runs hot like a portable soldering iron.

well at long last microstreamer is working flawlessly with the new version of UARP using my S4(i9505)

I'm sooo happy now ü

also very good interface over the previous version

  I wish the volume on UAPP can be more louder

 
What you need is a hardware volume control as in UARP. It will come in one of the releases and it will remember the settings (unlike in UARP). Some DAC's initialize themselves with half volume. You could run UARP first, set the volume and return to UAPP as a work-around, but that might be very tricky.
