A151 have good bass for a BA IEM, lack real sub-bass though, and have excellent mids, they have very good speed and detail but lack in the highs.

but with the treble booster EQ on they sound better.

 

cant comment on the jays.

A151s don't work with layered electronic music because of their narrow soundstage. Again, no idea about the a-jays.
