Hi everyone!
I need a little advice before make a purchase for a desktop amp for my LCD2 and hope that owners who own both a SR71B and a desktop amp can chip in some comments please.
My current setup:
PC ->usb-> Audiolab M-DAC ->balanced-> SR71B ->balanced-> LCD2
Given that I have very limited experience in headphone amplification, and that Ray states that his SR71B will stand toe-to-toe with the best of home based amps, may I know if head-fiers reading this can let me know exactly how good you think the SR71B is please? The purpose of which is so that I may pitch my upgrade to something gratifying while I save up enough for an end-game rig?
Is it as good as the Schiit Lyr?
Is it as good as a Burson HA-160?
Is it as good as a Mier Concerto?
Is it as good as a Violectric V200?
