Cable Extender

Hey, I was wondering if an audio extender such as the one posted below would cause loss of audio quality or increased latency.

Generally speaking, no. Provided they didn't use the world's narrowest gauges in there. If you are worried about it, you can make one fairly easily, or for about $35 both Grado and Mogami make one with 26 gauge wire innards.
