Looking for some new, cheap IEM's

Hi, I'm new to the forum so I might not know a lot about how the forum works. I'm not audiophile or expert, more of the average consumer user.

I'm looking for some IEM's around $60AUD (I reckon around $40USD) right now I'm looking at the Brainwavz M1's to replace my 1 month old Sony MDR-PQ4.

Is there anything around that pricing that has better bass? As I said, I'm not expert so I don't know how to go in depth with all my details.

I want something with a cable that won't tangle (my PQ4's tangled crazy and as a result I lost one of the ear cushions and I don't like the sizing of the others)

I can't find any soundmagic's other than the PL50's.

would it be good to save a little more and buy the M2's?

i really like PL50 but they may lack bass for your liking. I would highly reccomend soundmagic E30 for a balanced sound.

I think I'm limited to these 3.

M1, M2 and the PL50's. List others and I might be able to get them from ebay.

but do is it worth spending another $20 and buying the M2's over the M1's?

I'm just looking for something that will be a lot bassier than my old Logitech UE100's and my MDR-PQ4.

Soundmagic E30, I think they are available at mp4nation for US$39, amazon for US$36 or focal price for about US$34.

I have the M1 and E30.

M1 has decent and punchy bass, beautiful (quite forward) mids and nice highs.

E30, balanced and neutral sound, nice soundstage and very comfy.

I feel both are great for the price.

If you want more bass, I think M2's bass quantity and quality is more and better than M1 or PL50.
