So I bought some new MX70s off ebay for 16.99 its seemed like a fair price for a discontinued model but I have been experiencing issues. At first they sounded really tinny with no low end at all (I know they are earbuds but it seemed like all the low end was just gone) but when I used them for a bit they got past the tinniness and started to sound like my old pair of MX70s that these were replacing.
I have also been experiencing buzzy sounds in the left earbud and some static shocking to my left ear, I think this might be because its winter and I am wearing a fleece jacket that is prone to static charge. Could the earbuds I received be fakes? All the packaging seemed to be ok and looked right but the the messages from the seller were poorly written english despite it being an american seller.
Anyways the guy on ebay is sending me another pair for free, I'll let you guys know how those sound when I get them.
