there is pratical no way to upgrade video card in laptop, right?

I think the video card is built into the motherboard, so unless there is a motherboard with a different video card for your type of laptop and you are willing to shell out the $$ for it (won't be cheap), then there's no way.

are those geforce2go vid cards and ati mobile rages integrated? I would love to upgrade to the new geforce or radeon mobile cards if that's possible.

Dell Inspirons can have the video upgraded. You can even upgrade the CPU.
