Hifiman HM-602 problems

I've got a 8GB 602 and I need a part number for the screen and the headphone jacks...this thing keeps giving me problems and manufacturer support is terrible. Any ideas?

is the customer service really that bad? have you tried to contact them?

 

i just sent my hm-601 to hongkong HQ for warranty claim. even though it's been slightly out of warranty they still honor it. i was quite happy and felt in awe of them

 

i hope everything goes smoothly

HIfiman customer service isn't that bad I reckon. They just moved the office though,.
