8-9 refits.
WellI had my first acs T1's impression done two days ago. And I felt the mold come out 'overley snug' as you put it. I moved while the impression was taken, as the back support i was leaning on kind of collapsed. Anything less than 100% comfortable fit, I'm having a remold done right away- not going to take time to get used to a bad fit.
As you say, among the main reasons to get customs is the 'promise' of a 100% comfortable fit!
I won't need to get my ears re-cleaned would I. Hope not anyway
