Stuck between 3 Cowons.

I've been doing quite a bit of research recently and came to a conclusion that I will buy either the Cowon X7,J3,or Z2.
But I'm unsure of which to get, as I don't really know which one has the best SQ, user-friendlyness and touch responsiveness.
 

I was thinking of getting the X7 for it's high capacity,but its big and bulky and sliding it into my jeans pocket might be a problem, plus I've HEARD(any idea why?) it spoils more easily as it has a HDD. 

I was also considering the J3 or Z2 because it is slim, though it has a smaller capacity at 32GB + MicroSD.
Is there any difference in SQ between J3 or Z2? What are the differences between these two?

I can get these players from this website cheap, though I'm not sure if I can trust it.

Oh , I was also thinking of getting a new setup, what are your opinions on it?

Cowon X7/Z2/J3 > iBasso CB06 > FiiO E17 > Sennheiser IE80.

Is it a good setup?

Is there any difference between a stock 3.5mm interconnect and a iBasso CB06? (SQ-wise)

Does the 3.5mm interconnect affect SQ in any way?

Is double amping a J3 good? Will there be improvements or otherwise?

Liked it but thought of upgrading to a cowon. ipod had no eq and itunes just sucks.
