With apologies for the confusion seems these are Rev. 1, though they were sold to me as Rev. 2. Live and learn.

Shipping to CONUS ONLY

Price $700 Includes: CONUS shipping via UPS Ground & PayPal fees.

I bought these in November from a fellow Head-Fier. Though much beloved here, and deservedly so, I confess I like a big soundstage. In this, and for me, they fall short. They need a home where they'll be loved and used.
 
***As  Androktasiai pointed out it looks like the gimbal is popped out of the slot in the 4th picture.  Something I hadn't realized had happened when I put them away.  Which was long enough ago to leave a slight impression on the leather.  It's now back in place, with a picture to show it, as well as the one I posted initially.  Thanks for pointing that out.***

Headphones themselves are in great shape, comes with original cable, and cleaning stuff.  The box is, as you can see, is another story.  They had a long journey to me and it suffered excessive abuse by 2 postal systems.  Crack across the bottom, dented corner can be seen in the pictures.

Why does it look like the headphone gimbal is broken out of the wood on the 4th picture?

what is the serial number please? it sure looks like a rev. 1 from just the pics...

5697940 is the serial number.  Where I freely admit I accepted them as rev. 2 since that's what the previous owner sold them as, it's quite possible he was mistaken.   From what little I can tell, this serial number indicates early as in July/August 2010 rev. 2.  If I'm wrong for whatever reason, please let me know and I will adjust the description accordingly.   I want anyone who buys anything from me to get what they expect, be happy with the purchase and the transaction.

Yeah, **sigh**, I have an email out to Audeze to confirm it, but seems that way.  Though disappointed in the seller who sold them to me, I didn't ask questions I should have.   Live and learn.  

 

I've updated the listing to reflect Rev. 1.
