Hello Head-Fi Community,
I'm new to the site and great audio. I plan to purchase an Audio-Technica ATH-M50 and a Cowon X7. I have a few questions based on things I've read. Anyone care to share their experiences with this media player? Below I've listed what I've read and I'm hoping the community can provide feed back.
Playlists difficult to transfer from PC to X7
Poor customer service / technical support
Clunky / counterintuitive user interface
Unit or batter may fail with in a year
I'm disappointed by the fact that these aren't available at local retailers and I won't have the opportunity to get my hands on one prior to purchase. Also I can't find videos, guides or reviews that explore the devices UI in detail. It seems there are only a couple places on the net where one can be purchased. I couldn't find different size or color options. Here are the questions I have about the device.
Is the Cowon X7 discontinued or being replaced?
Are there devices with comparable sound quality?
Where can Cowon media players be purchased?
Is this a device intended for Korea but imported to the US by a few vendors?
