Hello,
Would really appreciate some direction. I am pulling my hair out trying to decide on the right amplification for my Swans M1S speakers (specs here: http://www.abiaudio.com/M1_M1S_1.pdf).
My ideal set up (for now) would be the Grant Fidelity TubeDac-11 which I plan to purchase eventually if I can find an affordable integrated or power/preamp combo with a fast slew rate/speed and good, tight power and punch to it. Must also have good body or fullness to the sound, nothing thin/dry overly bright and unmusical please! Rotel is out of the question ;P
Hoping to find a really good deal - something used under $200 from the thrift store/craigslist/ebay or whatnot. Will consider other options and prices if its REALLY worth it ;)
Thanks very much!
