Over-ear headphones

NEED HELP!!!

 

Deciding on a pair of over ear headphones! I would like to keep the price from $100-200.  Anybody know what would suit me best for mainly travel listening? I listen to classic rock and sound quality is the area that needs to be the best.

Despite what some audiophile snobs may say, Sony makes some darn good headphones, especially in their price bracket.

 

Look into the Sony MDR-V6 and the MDR-ZX700.  Nice cans that are easy to drive, which is nice for traveling.

Maybe the HFi780, excellent for rock and very good isolation.
