Bedside \ Night stand rig?

Looking for a good neutral (Like the GS-1) all in one HP amp \ DAC to go on my night stand and that will drive the phones in my sig.

I was looking at the DACmini, Burson 160DS, Audio-gd Sparrow.  Any other suggestions?

If you only need USB connectivity, this is a great one.

There is not DAC in this one.  I'm looking for a all in one solution.

It most certainly does have a DAC for USB signals.

I'm running a Burson HA 160D next to my bed right now hooked to a mac mini via USB (iTunes + BitPerfect) that I control wirelessly with my iPhone.

Super convenient. Sweet sound.

If you are looking for something like a GS-1 that's an amp/dac, you might want to hold off for an X2.  If you're in the market now, I'd say the DS is the best all-in-one in it's price category.  Hi/Lo jacks for HD800/D7000 are nice too.

Planning to get the M1-HPA too, will use an iPad and netbook as source through USB. Just haven't made time to drive out and demo the unit to confirm iPad USB host compatibility with it, and if the sound is worth the dough for a good one-box solution.

I know it's not a all in one but for $600 how does the Asgard / Bitfrost combo sound

Sounds good to me but the only point of reference I have is my Xonar Essence sound card.

I have decided to move the GS-1 to the night stand and add a small form factor DAC to the fold.  Something like the DacMagic.  Are there any other suggestions on separate DAC's?
