the right earpiece of my UM3X has some broken drivers and I'm considering this as a replacement. I can't afford another UM3X and this one seems to fit my preference as well. Hopefully soon.. :)

Let me get this straight in my head.. would the BA200 be a good alternative to the DBA-02/B2, or a good addition (as in, having each pair for a different kind of mood and/or music)?

Yes, they'd be more complimentary to each other. I had both at the same time at one point.

I have a question for those with both the GR07 and the BA200. I wear IEMs for traveling and isolation. If you were choosing between the 2, which gives better isolation. I have used the Shure SE215s and ER-4s and those are my standard. Many say the Etys are better than the Shures but I did not find that to be the case. Anyway, any input would be appreciated.

The BA200s isolate better than the GR07s by a fair amount

I didn't get a good fit with any of the included tips, but the BA200 works great with the new Westone Star tips.
