As of today we are selling female iPod connectors. They are available with or without the break out PCB.
The PCB comes in handy because normally the female connectors are very hard to solder the wires.
This PCB makes this very easy. The housing is a clicke able versions but some fast glue will make it more solid against heavy use/pulling force.
They are often used to build extensions cables.
