I am new here + just into audiophile... I urgently need help concerning the Fiio E9 which I have just purchased from overseas about 4 days ago.

 

This is my first headphone amp and I was shock to find that the unit was vibrating (like the mobile phone on vibration mode) when I first plugged the power supply into the unit at home!!! Furthermore, the plastic pin for the 3 pins adapter (power supply) was broken after I unplug it!!! I am quite disappointed that the E9 was in such sorry state... I was reading good review everywhere in this forum...

 

Anyway, I have done a search and appearently, the vibration was caused by the adapter. BUT is there anyone out there has similar problem and how do you fix it?

 

I stay in Singapore and could anyone tell me where can I get the E9 repair or simply exchange the unit?? I am a newbie and I don't know where can I get such amp in Singapore!!! Don't even talk about repair it!!!
