Radiopaq IEMs are dirt cheap(Amazon UK)

On the Amazon UK website, these are only 10 quid! The list price is 60 quid. It looks like the Jazz is probably the best one.

I wish these were available in the US.

Just checked that link and amazon replied that I ordered those 4th Jan 2010. Spooky!  I seem to remember having to return them as one of them literally fell to bits.  Still for a tenner if anyones curious it's worth a go I spose.

Wow, you guys in the UK should snatch up the Jazz models.  |joker| gave them very high marks, and if they were on sale for $16 in the US, I'd buy 2-3 pair.

both the Jazz and Classical ones are very good, the Pop is okay, the Rock sucks balls

Thanks for the heads up, I've just ordered the Jazz and Classical. I was torn between the Classical and Pop as I'm intrigued by the Pop's vocals. However, I think the Pop will have too much bass for me; fingers crossed for the vocals on the Classical.

Thanks for the summary Mark; I wish you'd posted before I trawled the threads wink.gif

P.S. don't snap them all up guys, I may want another of my preferred pair when I've heard these! tongue.gif

Ordered two. One for my other half and one for my sister lol. They currently just use the iPhone buds.

i did write up reviews of the pop and jazz, plus have commented previously the classicals where also good and the rocks, poo.  just it was all rather some time ago.  was always a shame they never made more of an impact round here but being UK only really hamperd them.

not to mention the stupid names and unbelievably retarded PR company they used to promote them.

At around $100 though (60 quid) they were a bit overpriced. Some discounted them down to as low as $50 (30 quid), which seemed like a good price. At $16 though (10 quid) they look like a great bargain!

Do you know if they sell the "old" Jazz or the "new" version? I think that the only difference is the packaging, but I've read various opinions on that.

Also when I see the pics on the main site, they have the old packaging. When I go to my basket, I see the new packaging.

I don't know if the new version uses plastic instead of metal housing.

Also in the rest of the European Amazon sites almost all the IEMs are sold by Allcam, and in the Italian one, I have read a really bad review regarding their overall quality, so I am confused if it's worth or not.

I would like to find the original old version that it is so praised around here!

There is not an old and a new version.

There is, one dedicated to iPhone, and it is that you should avoid, because it is garbage....the other "no Iphone" is fine.

I've also noticed that they have different cables.

I don't know if the Ipod versions are like that but according to the official site's pictures I'm a bit confused
