There are minor paint blemishes on the cheap plastic part of the headband of the headphone. It is visible in one of the pictures. I personally don't think the blemish is a big deal because it is hard to see unless under direct lighting and it is not a blemish on any of the primary parts of the headphone such as the mesh around the speakers, the metals, or the cushion. It isn't something that would not bother a buyer like me but I can't speak for everyone so I will offer a 30 day refund.
The rest of the headphone is in good condition and is working 5/5. It has not been used too often because I don't have a whole system to work with the headphones and using the headphone jack of my macbook pro with headphones like these is not the way to go.
