I have been using the Sennheiser's for a couple of years in music production. Looking to buy another pair of cans for listening to FLAC. Is it worth getting another pair or would an amp be a better purchase? Currently using my UA-25.

 

It will be purely for home listening so doesn't matter too much about ruggidness or open back design

 

Seems to be from the forums, that there's no one Headphone to rule them all so maybe this will help. I listen to a wide range of music from Zappa,The Who,Max Ritcher,Arcade fire Daft punk, Joanna Newsom, Tom Waits, Coltrane, Hendrix,Floyd with various classical and electronica thrown aobut.
