Anywhere I can legally download new album releases in 320KBPS and up?

I dont have to have LOSSLESS but id prefer it.

 

Do any of the major online music sites offer higher quality downloads?

Google Music is 320kbps MP3.

I believe "HD Tracks"  sells 320kbps MP3s.

MOG (or Spotify) Mobile allows you to download albums, in most cases (especially on MOG) 320kbps. As a service they aren't yours to keep though. Then again they're $9.99 a month.

+1 for google music. 320kbps mp3 files, generally less than what amazon or itunes charges, but its not as easy to find stuff there. If you can live with that they're good. smily_headphones1.gif

Private torrent trackers... not legal but the highest quality.
