What is the biggest steal under $200?

I know it use to be the GR07, but those have since gone up to $200+.

I currently used Sunrise IE as my main IEMs, but I just don't find them all that fun. Whats the biggest steal under $200? Is it the new(ish) jvc fxt90?

I still see the GR07 on ebay for $156-$160.

Never heard them, so I cant answer that. I am a TF10 owner and paid even less than GR07's. I am MORE then pleased. I did swap the cable, so over all that puts them in the GR07 price range.

They'll always be my first true love redface.gif...however, I just had to see if the "Yammy's" fix the 2 slight annoyances I had with the GR07

The first step to rehab is admitting you have a problem. Lets see, small issues with the GR07, sibilance and chicks dont dig them?

I actually don't even experience sibilance anymore and I find their understated looks kinda sexy. They don't look like much, but boy do they pack a punch.

For what they are, stage monitors, yes. They're meant to be used in the studio or on stage for monitoring, and as such they are a bit 2D and present music like you're sitting in front of the stage.

But I thought they were PERFECT! tongue.gif

Consider the Sony EX600 as well. A great IEM that's not too far behind Sony's flagship, but sort of got lost amidst the GR07 hype. You can find it for less than $130 new. I'm sure some people will recommend the JVC FXT90 as well.

For 5 months they were tongue_smile.gif. As a package, they still come close.
