samsung galaxy player 4.0 + voodoo control + power amp??

I was thinking about getting the samsung galaxy s phone and adding the two above apps to it. 

But then I found out that the samsung galaxy player 4.0 has a wolfson chip in it.  Is it possible to add these apps to this player? or are apps only for phones??

 

sorry for my newbieism...
