Schiit bifrost upgrade from fiio e7 and e9

I was just wondering would it be worth it to upgrade to a schiit audio bifrost from my fiio e7 and e9 and use the e9 as an amp and the bifrost as a dac then  purchase another amp like the woo audio w3 or apex butte later on  for use with my hi-fiman he 300 and grado 325is

I can't speak to any Fiio products, haven't tried them, but to my ears the Bifrost was a HUGE upgrade over my HRT MusicStreamer II+. Given the price-point of most Fiio products, I'm thinking the Bifrost will be a major upgrade over them.
